At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk in total comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If your arch support flip-flops or slides aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, even if you've worn them outside.

Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your footwear in its original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 3-5 business days.
